Content that works. Services that make sense.
Simplify Complexity
At Kensington Square Media, we help organisations simplify complexity.
Led by Karen Bartlett, we combine AI consultancy, content design, content strategy, and user-centred design to improve digital services, customer journeys and organisational content.
Our work spans government, financial services, technology, healthcare and global enterprise organisations.
Whether we’re redesigning a citizen-facing service, creating a content operating model, or helping teams adopt AI responsibly, our focus is always the same:
Create better outcomes for users and better results for organisations.
